SELFIE SWAG CO. CONTESTS & GIVEAWAYS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY

Participation in Selfie Swag Co. Contests & Giveaways ("Contest and Giveaway") is open to legal residents who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Participants must be registered site members of www.SelfieSwag.Co and subscribed to our newsletter. Employees of Selfie Swag Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. HOW TO ENTER

Entries are earned by completing qualifying activities as specified in each giveaway announcement, including but not limited to watching videos, completing quizzes, and engaging with content on our platforms and website.

3. WINNER SELECTION

Winners are randomly selected during our Social Media Live Streams. We will announce via email notification when we will be conducting the next winner selection. Winners will be chosen from eligible entries received during the specified entry period.

 

4. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection. Winners will also be featured in the Winners Circle sections on our website at www.SelfieSwag.Co.

 

5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Winners must submit clear, high-resolution selfies within seven (7) days of winner notification. If winners wish to include their pet in their custom graphic, clear photos of their pet must also be submitted. Images must be of sufficient quality for artwork creation purposes. Failure to submit required images within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

 

6. USAGE RIGHTS

By participating, winners grant Selfie Swag Co. perpetual, royalty-free rights to use their before and after photos, name, social handles, likeness, and custom merchandise images in promotional materials, website content, social media channels, and marketing campaigns without additional compensation.

 

7. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Custom merchandise will be created and shipped within 14-21 business days after receipt of required images. Merchandise will be sent out on a monthly basis until the total prize amount has been reached, allowing for multiple winners across all of our social platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable.

 

8. MULTI-PLATFORM CONTESTS

Contests are conducted across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat. While the terms and conditions policies for each platform contest are the same, the specific entry requirements may vary by platform. Participants must ensure they have completed the necessary requirements specifically outlined for each individual platform contest they wish to enter.

 

9. SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT

Winners are encouraged to post photos of their custom merchandise on social media platforms. To earn loyalty reward points for additional benefits within our rewards program, site members must submit their post links and complete all necessary requirements as outlined in our Loyalty Rewards Program. This submission process allows us to efficiently track all member posts, as we are not actively monitoring every social media channel daily. Loyalty points will only be awarded upon proper submission and verification of posts through our designated system.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Selfie Swag Co. is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any issues beyond our reasonable control. Participation is at participant's own risk.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

• Only one prize per person per giveaway period

• Void where prohibited by law

• Subject to all federal, state, and local regulations

• Selfie Swag Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel giveaways at any time

• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and /or extra shipping charges outside of North America

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at www.SelfieSwag.Co/privacy-policy

 

13. DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
